Great result for our Minors on Sunday last, in a thrilling game in Glenties against Kilcar in the divisional semi final, Dungloe/NaRossa emerged victorious after a period of extra time, the full time score was 1-11 to 1-11 with Danny Rodgers kicking the equalizer with a free from 40 yards out.
Dungloe/NaRossa led by one point after the 1st period of extra time, however the 2nd period of extra time the lads dug deep and were worthy winners in the end. The team was Danny Rodgers, Dylan Reilly, Conor McCahill, Brian O’Donnell, Christy Greene, John McDyre, Mark Curran, Mathew Ward, David Sweeney, Caolan Ward, Sean McMonagle, Darragh McGee, Ryan Greene, Adam Neely, Barry Curran, Ryan Connors, Ryan McGonagle, Sean Ward Boyle, Aaron Boyle & Christian Bonner. The final will be against Glenties probably in two weekends time. Final score was Dungloe / Na Rossa 1-20 Kilcar 2-12. Well done to all the lads at Dungloe Gaa & at NaRossa for a great game’s football.
