Tir Chonaill Gaels PicTir Chonaill Gaels Club Notes:

All-Ireland Club QF:

This Sunday all roads lead to Ruislip as we attempt for the 15th time to break our All-Ireland quarter final hoodoo.

Standing in our way are Galway kingpins Corofin who we last played in January 2009 were we ended in the wrong side of a 2-7 to 0-6 score. To date this season has went according to plan with this Sundays game our target from day one, but nothing short of 110% will be required if we are to upset the odds. The game will be played in Ruislip on Sunday at 1pm with all support much appreciated.

Xmas Party:

The clubs annual Xmas Party takes place this Sunday 14th in the clubhouse, proceedings will start early following the senior teams game. There will be music and food provided and its a great opportunity for our members and friends to catch up and celebrate a fantastic season.

Calendar:

Popular club man Brendan “Tiny” Vaughan has launched his 2015 Donegal Hospice calendar with all proceeds going to the Donegal Hospice. Copies can be purchased at the club house or directly from Tiny.

Kilburn Gaels:

The club would like to congratulate the kilburn Gaels hurling club on their tremendous achievement last weekend on defeating Mullinavat in the All-Ireland quarter final.
