The homecoming for a hero

The homecoming for a hero

KILMACRENNAN BOY Oisin Kelly is the toast of Donegal – after taking gold in the All-Ireland U11 Cross Country Championships at the weekend.

And the people of the area came out in force last night to welcome home the Cranford AC runner to put on a reception for Donegal’s latest All-Ireland hero.

This young lad has excelled both in track and field athletics both for school and club since he started.

He has had a huge number of successes culminating in yesterday’s wonderful achievement.

There was a great turn out for his homecoming last night in Kilmacrennan when he got back with his parents Marie and Tom Kelly from Kilmacrennan, his family, friends, teachers and the entire community of Kilmacrennan wished him well.

And a massive congratulations to his team members & all other members from Kilmacrennan and surrounding towns for winning medals for their club Cranford AC.
