A very successful Adult presentation night took place last Friday night in An Chuirt. A large turnout of the clubs senior adults and awards were presented on the night.

Most Improved Female – Mairead Gallagher. Female athlete of the year – Elise Gillespie. Most improved male athlete – Niall Griffin. Most Determined Performances – Michael Rodgers and Paul McGee. Male Athlete of the Year – Ciaran McGonagle. Anne Rodgers and Patricia O’Donnell were recognised for the monies raised and marathons completed towards the Josh McPaul fund. Coaches who did courses were also recognised and other coaches and anybody interested were encouraged to get on course in 2015. Thanks to Sinead Diver for organizing.

We had a large number of 50+ athletes attend the Donegal Sportshall Athletics trials in the Aura, Letterkenny on Sunday last. Results to be posted next week.

Training sessions are happening on Wednesday evenings at 7pm at the Industrial Estate. Please feel free to come along and join the adult group who do a long run in the forestry every Sunday morning at 11am. Meet at the Blue Bridge, Arduns, Gweedore.

Some upcoming events are: Dec 26th – Darren Mills Memorial 5k – Viking House. January 4th 5 mile Letterkenny 11:30am.
