A CO Donegal woman has appealed for information on her missing cat.

Nao Cannon has had Striper for 20 years – and even has the pictures to prove it.

She says she is distraught and is hoping Donegal Daily readers may have seen him in the Lough Eske are over the past two days.

“I’ve had him since he was born,” said animal lover Nao.

“He’s now blind, and only has 3 legs. He’s been missing since Wednesday evening. He’s very friendly.

“I just want to know what happened to him, whether it’s good or bad news. He’s a very special family pet. I’d really appreciate it if someone sees him.”

She added: “We’ve checked the fields, ditches and roads and found nothing. We are totally distraught.. I don’t expect any miracles at this stage, but if anybody has seen anything – good or bad – please get in touch.”

If you can help call Nao on 0879919547 – please share on social media.
