Des CahillTV legend Des Cahill has backed Rory Kavanagh’s return to the Donegal team.

The GAA presenter has a secret fondness for Donegal – his wife Caroline is, after all, a native of Ballyshannon

The RTE man – a proper sports journalist – also knows a good book when he reads one.

Last night he tweeted: “Delighted to hear Rory Kavanagh is making #Donegal comeback. Currently reading his book “Winning” – it’s fantastic!!”
