The official launch of READ DL 2016 will take place on Thursday, 4th February at 6pm in the Central Library in Letterkenny.
READ DL 2016 will be launched by Irish Times reporter Frank McNally.
READ DL is a community literacy initiative based on the worldwide ‘One Book, One Community’ project.
Its aim is to remind us about the joy of reading for all the family and to get local schools and communities reading.
The author chosen for Read DL 2016 is Gerry Hunt and his book entitled ‘Blood Upon the Rose 1916’
