Arnold’s Hotel are looking for a Sous Chef.

JOB VACANCY: One of Donegal’s most popular hotel’s are looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join their dynamic, innovative and hardworking team.

Management at Arnold’s Hotel, which is located in the beautiful seaside town of Dunfanaghy are looking to recruit new staff.

The town is one of the busiest in Donegal, with a regular influx of tourists frequenting the town all during the year.

JOB TITLE: Sous Chef – Arnolds Hotel, Dunfanaghy

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chefs to work in a busy kitchen
  • The successful applicant will need to have previous experience working in a busy kitchen.
  • Experience in setting Menus and food pricing.
  • Working to a budget.
  • Stock Control.
  • A working knowledge of the HACCP system
  • Attention to detail is a must as is demonstrated culinary expertise.
  • We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
