NAOMH MUIRE SENIOR LADIES FACE TERMON IN GAELTACHT CLASH ON FRIDAY

Comórtas Sinséar Peile Na Gaeltachta: Naomh Muire 0-8 An Clochan Liath 2-8

Our seniors were defeated by Dungloe on St. Patrick’s Day, which ended their Peil na Gaeltachta for this year.

On Sunday the reserves and seniors travelled to Mountcharles to start their league campaign. A good performance by the reserves got them a draw in their first leagues outing of the year, Naomh Naille 4-5 Naomh Muire 3-8.

The seniors were defeated after having 2 players sent off in the second half, the game ending with a score of Naomh Naille 1-8 Naomh Muire 0-5.

On Easter Monday the Reserves take on Malin in the banks at 13.30 followed by the senior game at 15.00.

Our Senior Ladies play their first game of the season this Friday in Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta against Termon, the game will be played in Termon at 5pm

The Minor boys are also in action on Friday as they take on Naomh Bríd in the banks, time to be confirmed.

We will hold an Easter Camp starting on Tuesday the 29th of March running until Friday the 1st of April from 10am until 2pm, for children aged 7 years and upwards. To register or for more details check our Facebook page or text 0876684200.

Congratulations to Jack O’Brien, Hugh “The Yank” Boyle and Gary Boyle who were all involved in the u21 team who defeated Derry on Wednesday evening.

A final registration morning will be held this Saturday the 26th, form 10-11.30 am. All players must be registered by Saturday if they wish to train or play this coming season.

Lotto Results 16/3/16, Jackpot €1340. Numbers Drawn: 2,9,15,24. Three Match 3: Mona Bonner (Calhame), Celine Ní Dhomhall (Ranafast) and Catherine Duggan (Meenaleck). Next week’s Jackpot is €1400 and remember if you’re not in it you can’t win it!
