On Monday the reserves and seniors played Baile na nGalloglach in the banks to start.

The Reserves took both points in a dominant performance and once again have set the pace in their start in the league. Some great scores today and an overall strong team performance by the Reserves. Naomh Muire 1-13 Baile na nGalloglach 0-04.

The Seniors were defeated by a strong Milford side. The second half saw a much more controlled and indeed spirited performance by a very young home side and they certainly made a game of it when it looked as If Milford would totally dominate.

Naomh Muire 0-06 Baile na nGalloglach 1-09

Well done to our ladies this evening in Termon: Great win on their first game of the season in Comortas Peil na Gaeltachta quarter final match! They will play Naomh Columba at home, in the banks at 11am on Sunday morning.

Well done to the Minors boys who defeated Killybegs on Sunday morning. Naomh Muire 4:8 Na Cealla Beaga 1:14.

A minute of silence was observed before the Match against Baile na nGalloglach in memory of Sean Sweeney (former Naomh Muire Underage Player) who died recently in Leeds.  Naomh Muire also wish to extend condolences to the families of Dinny Pat O Donnell and Antoin Rodgers (Former Rann na Feirste players) and Vincent McGee (1953 County Minor Champion with Rosses Rovers) for their recent bereavements. Naomh Muire also wish to extend our sympathies to the Victims of the Buncrana tradegy. We also wish to remember the brave Men and Women who died in the 1916 rising. Ar dheis dea go raibh a ainm

Good luck to Jack O’Brien, Hugh “The Yank” Boyle and Gary Boyle who are all involved in the u21 team who will play Tyrone on Wednesday evening in Celtic Park Derry at 8pm.
