JOB VACANCY: A successful and well-known restaurant are searching for an Assistant Operations Supervisor to join their award-winning team.

Successful candidate will work closely with the Restaurant Manager on the day to day operations.
Successful candidate as the Assistant Operations Supervisor will need to have a positive mental attitude, a determination to succeed, be highly motivated, empowering and have a natural ability to bring the best out in the team.
Your main responsibilities as Assistant Operations Supervisor will be:
- To support the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operational challenges of managing the unit
- Have a natural positive attitude to the team and goals of the unit.
- This role is varied with each day bringing fresh challenges that need to be met with a positive mental attitude whilst delivering excellent service.
- You will assist in recruitment, training, coaching and development, product ordering and lead the team by example with a hands on approach to your job.
- Tasks such as maintaining HACCP records, stock taking, cleaning, ordering and cashing up are all part of the role.
- As a Supervisor you will need to have a background in the Food Service industry and have at least a years’ experience as a confident team leader.
- Food cooking as a chef in a busy kitchen will be an advantage but not essential.
