A young boy with strong Donegal connections is set to be unveiled as a star in 3 Mobile’s TV campaign for Euro 2016 tonight.

Luka Blondelle, age 9, of the Karen Gorman Academy of Speech and Drama & Casting Agency has been selected for the Irish teams main sponsor’s advertising campaign.

Luka, whose mother is Fiona Rodgers from Garryharry, outside Letterkenny stars alongside Big Jack Charlton in the advert which is set to be unveiled during tonight’s Champion’s League semi-final coverage.

Luka will be heard to famously say ‘The Irish are coming.’
