***Seniors/Reserves: Div 2 League***

B’iad foirne Baile na nGalloglach na cuairteoirí go Páirc Naomh Fionán Dé Sathairn seo chaite. Bhain an fhoireann tacaíochta Cloich Cheann Fhaola 1-17|2-06, ach bhí droch lá ag an foireann sinsir agus chaill siad 0-10|2-09. Tosaítear an Chraobh ar an Satharn seo, 14ú Bealtaine. Tá Cloich Cheann Fhaola sa bhaile in éadan Aodh Ruadh ar 6:00 agus 7:30. Guímid gach rath ar ár sinsir agus ar ár fhoireann tacaíochta.

Our reserves & Seniors played Milford at home on Saturday evening last. Under the miserable playing conditions our reserves came out with a 1-17|2-06 win, while a depleted Senior team lost with a final score of 0-10|2-09. Our teams turn their focus to Championship this weekend when they welcome Aodh Ruadh on Saturday evening, May 14th, reserves 6:00 and seniors 7:30 pm. We would like to see a large crowd down to support the teams in their first championship game of the season! Best of luck to the teams and management.

Many thanks to those of you who came out to celebrate Lá na gClubanna with us on Sunday past! Special thanks to all those who helped in organising the day, to our club President Fr Sean for officiating our mass at the pitch and to Fr Quinn for concelebrating the mass; thanks to all those who helped during the mass, Martin Terry for organising the sound system, to Mary McClafferty for organising the tea/refreshments, and to our U-10/U-12 teams for putting on a great display on the pitch that afternoon! Thanks to Kevin Scanlon & Denis Doohan for organising the quiz night! A great afternoon was had by all!
