JOB VACANCIES: Demand and business at the new 4* Shandon Result has been unprecedented and with the busy summer months coming up, they are adding to their team.

Management at the stunning hotel are recruiting for the following positions.

· Housekeeping Staff

· Restaurant Supervisor

· Bar – Head Chef

· Experienced Waiting Staff

The Shandon recruits it’s staff with attitude, enthusiasm, passion and flair in mind.

They want people who are passionate about creating something special on the Wild Atlantic Way and who genuinely care about producing an amazing guest experience.

The management are keen for their team to experience all that their location has to offer, which is why they have sent selected members of the team on a surfing class with Nerosa recently so they can talk with experience about all that Marble Hill Beach has to offer those who wish to experience the Sea.

Members of the team have also engaged in horse-riding across the beach, a drive around Horn Head followed by a coffee in the Shack at Marble Hill.

Hospitality is all about engagement, engaging with your guests and telling them about the hidden gems along the wild atlantic way is the best gift you can give to any tourist, we all know how spectacular the views are at Horn Head and once you have seen it for yourself, you will never forget who recommended it.

“I want my team to love what we have to offer and to share that knowledge with our guests, that way, we are guaranteed repeat business because Donegal has the most beautiful, rugged and mystical coastline I know of.” (Carolynne Harrison– General Manager).

So! If you want to be part of the most positive, engaging and modern hospitality team who are ‘making waves’ for our guests, then email CV to charrison@shandonhotelspa.com

Only successful candidates will be contacted.
