CAPPRY ROVERS U12’s
Cappry are going well in their group in the Champions League. The started of their campaign against Donegal Town Saturday 14th in Cappry Park. They got of to a flier when they ran out comprehensive 6-0 winners. Kevin McCormack got the hosts of the mark with the 1st and 2nd goals before Luke McGlynn got on the scoresheet. Kevin got his 3rd and Cappry’s 4th before Mark Mbuli made it 5. Kevin wasn’t finished at that and went on to grab his 4th for the day to seal a very good win. It was a great team performance from the lads.
Last Tuesday evening they travelled to Kilmacrennan and Kevin was on target again with the opener. Andrew Murray was having a great game for Cappry and got his rewards when he got Cappry’s 2nd and claimed another good victory. Team performance again with Andrew standing out.
Their final group game is in Cappry Park Tuesday evening at 7.30pm when they welcome Glenea Utd. Another positive result here would put the team into the Champions League Semi-Finals. We would urge as many of you to come out and support the team in their quest for glory!!
CAPPRY ROVERS U10’s and U8’s
Both of our U10’s and U8’s are both started their blitz campaigns and the reports coming back are that the standard of football from both age groups are unbelievable and that they are improving week on week. The future is bright, keep up the good work boys and girls.
