With a travelling party of seventy two players, parents and relations, Tír Chonaill Gaels took over their U10 and U13 teams to Donegal. We hosted an U10 and U12 football blitz with five games taking place at the one time in each blitz. U10 teams included Buncrana (2), Kilcar (2) , St Nauls (2), Tír Chonaill Gaels (1), Four Masters (3) with the U12 teams including Glenswilly (2), Buncrana (2), Kilcar (2), Four Masters (2), Kilcar (1) and Tír Chonaill Gaels (1). A huge thanks goes all that  organised and helped out on the day including the young refs, parents that helped out in the tea room, coaches and managers that got behind the day and helped set up pitches, and to all the travelling clubs for attending. Thanks also goes to Tom O’Sullivan (Tír Chonaill Gaels Youth Chairman) who presented Bord na nÓg with a Tír Chonaill Gaels  crest and thanked the club for the warm welcome to their players and parents. Bord na nÓg chairman Pauric Harvey presented Tom O’Sullivan with Four Masters jersey to mark their visit and thanked all that helped out on the day. With over 250 players taking part across the day, football was the winner with all players getting four games across their blitz. Our U10 team was broken into three teams of eleven games with all teams producing some excellent football. The A team drew with Buncrana and Kilcar in two great games. Overall our three U10 teams won six, drew three and lost three on the day, with all players getting lots of game time.
