GAA NEWS: NEW CLUB GEAR FOR KILCAR NOW ON SALE

Our seniors had a good 2-22 to 1-15 win against St Eunans on Sunday in a very enjoyable match to remain top of division one, our reserves were unlucky not to get at least a draw going down 3-13 to 3-10 they were away in Termon last Wednesday and came away with a good 1-10 to 1-07 win, no matches this weekend. Best of luck to Paddy, Ryan, Mark, Stephen, Eoin and the Donegal senior team in the Ulster Quarter Final this Sunday in Ballybofey.

Exams

Best of luck to all who are sitting their exams in the coming weeks!

Underage

Our Under 12s were defeated  away to Naomh Muire last Wednesday evening by 5-07 to 4-07 they face Naomh Ultan in Towney this Wednesday evening at 7:30pm.  Our Under 10s are away to a blitz in Glenties on Saturday at 11.00 o’clock.

Ladies

Lidl, proud supporters of Ladies Gaelic Football, are committed to supporting the grassroots of the game.  Now, through a new store competition, starting on Thursday 26th May and running until Sunday, 10th July, Lidl Donegal Town customers are invited to nominate their local Ladies Gaelic Football Club to win cash prizes.

Using the nomination card, offered at the till with every purchase (two cards given for over €20 spent) customers can vote for their local club from the list of clubs on the in-store competition unit.

€1,000 is available to be won in each store with an additional three prizes of €5,000 to be won on Lidl’s social media platforms (see Lidl Ireland’s Facebook page for details). Lidl will have donated €160,000 to Ladies Gaelic Football Clubs at the end of this competition.
