DONEGAL COUNTY MUSEUM INVITES YOU TO ATTEND ‘REMEMBERING 1916’ THEMED WORKSHOPS

National-Playday-Recreation-Week-Logo03As part of National Recreation Week, Donegal County Museum in partnership with Donegal Libraries and Dark Daughter Productions is inviting people to go on an imaginary journey back in time to Co Donegal 100 years ago to experience what children’s lives were like then.

All we need is YOU and your IMAGINATION to join us in animated history workshops, to learn while having fun too.

These free workshops are being held all over the county between Tuesday 5th to Saturday 9th July and are most suitable for children aged 10+.

National Recreation Week will run from Sunday 3rd July – Saturday 9th July 2016. The theme of National Recreational Week is ‘Remembering 1916’.

These workshops are funded by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs.
