A beginners course for new referees will take place this Friday evening in the Dungloe club house starting at 7pm. Contact Packy Dyre for more details.
Club news
The seniors travelled to Urris at the weekend as they started their Junior A championship campaign. Nothing between the two sides but it was the home team who finished the stronger to win by a score line 3-8 to 0-11.
Back to the league this week and a home tie verses Muff this Saturday evening. Throw in 6pm.
The under 21s started their B championship campaign with a win against St Naul’s last Wednesday evening in Mountcharles.
The under 12s had a good win against Naomh Brid last Friday evening. They now have a play off with Naomh Columba with the winners to play Naomh Ultan in the division 2 championship final. Dates and times to follow.
Southern board delegates note the next meeting takes place this Thursday 7th at 8pm in the Killybeg’s club house.
Ulster final tickets
Supporters looking to book tickets for the Ulster final should contact Pat Boyle as soon as possible.
Lotto
The lotto draw took place last Monday evening in the hall. No jackpot winner on the night.
Numbers drawn were 3,4,19 & 20. Two lucky dip winners receive €50 Lauren McDyre, Meenagowan and Nicola McDyre, Meenagowan. Next weeks jackpot now stands at €3,300.
