Best of luck to Tomas Marry, Mullaghduff, who competes this weekend in the U18 Men’s discus and shot at the All Ireland championship’s in Tullamore. A proud day for the club.
Glenswilly 5k.
Great to see the club out in force at the Glenswilly 5k, with good runs with Kevin McGee being the 1st male athlete home for our club and Sinead Boyle 1st female. Full results on the club Facebook page.
Summer break – Training:
Training for our younger athletes is taking a break until August. Training for athletes aged 13 yrs and older continues at the track in Carrickfinn every Tuesday/Thursday 6pm – 7pm and Sunday at 10am. New athletes welcome to come along and try different track & field events.
Senior Training:
Continues as usual Industrial estate Tue/Thur 7pm and Blue bridge Sun 11am.
Letterkenny International.
Well done to local athletes Ciaran Doherty and Maria Mulligan who competed at the Letterkenny International at the weekend.
Gaelforce:
Well done to all Club athletes who competed in Gaelforce North.
J.G Memorial 5K.
Well done to Noel Diver who finished 4th. Great to see Noel back in form, running under 17min. And also Owen Coyle 21.15 who is in fine running form for 2016
