Major pipe burst leaves part of Inishowen without water

People in parts of Inishowen are being advised to conserve water after a 16 inch water mains burst earlier today.

The burst happened in the Tooban area of Burnfoot.

Donegal County Council are addressing the burst.

Water-users in the area including Burt, Killea, Manorcunningham, Newtowncunningham and Carrigans are being asked to use alternative water supplies while repairs are being urgently undertaken.
