Donegal Death Notices – Rest in Peace

Donegal death notices for today, Thursday, July 28th.

 

 

Barney MCGINLEY
The death has taken place of Barney McGinley, 82 Glenwood Park, Letterkenny as the result of a road traffic accident. Removal from The Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top on Thursday, 28th July, at 12 noon, to his late residence.

Funeral Mass in St. Eunan’s Cathedral on Saturday, 30th July, at 3pm followed by burial in New Leck cemetery.

 

 

Dermot MURPHY-BOYLE
The death has taken place of Dermot Murphy-Boyle of Cullion road, Letterkenny. As the result of a road traffic accident. Removal from The Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top today, Thursday, 28th July, at 4pm to his late residence.

Funeral Mass in the Church of The Irish Martyrs on Saturday, 30th July, at 12 noon with burial afterwards in New Leck cemetery.

 

 

Anthony O’MALLEY
The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Anthony O’Malley, St Joseph’s Park, Slavery, Buncrana, Co Donegal. His remains are reposing at Murphy’s Funeral Home, Tooban, Burnfoot. Viewing times are: today Thursday – 5.00pm to 7.00pm and tomorrow Friday – 4.00pm to 6.00pm.

Removal Friday evening 29th July at 6.15pm to St Mary’s Church, Cockhill to repose overnight. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning 30th July at 11.00am followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

 

 

May DOHERTY
The death has taken place July 27th 2016 at Archview Lodge, Letterkenny of May Doherty, Ardnasool, Ballindrait, Lifford. Dearly loved mother of Pius and Philomena, beloved daughter of the late William and Annie and much loved sister of Kathleen, Vincent, Frances, Eva, Willie, Terry, Sylvia and the late William, Neil, John, James, Lawrence, Pat and Lila. Reposing at her home from Wednesday (July 27th) from 7.30p.m.

Funeral leaving her home on Friday (July 29th) at 11:20am for Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Murlog at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Castlefin. Donations in lieu of flowers please to Archview Lodge Residents` Comfort Fund c/o 1A Newtown Place, Strabane,
