Restaurant Sage is hosting another Mexican evening on the 25th of August.

A delicious 6 course menu, served during cookery demonstrations from the famous and Sage’s very own Martin Hernandez.

Martin who hails from the pacific coast in Mexico, an area bursting with different tasty and appetising dishes brings them to you during these fantastic Mexican evenings.

Sage2Sage only use the best of produce, sourced locally and Martin combines these ingredients with the ingredient he imports all the way from Mexico to create dishes that are truly outstanding in taste, authenticity and colour. Don’t take our word on it, try it yourself you won’t be disappointed.

A warm welcome as usual and a complimentary cocktail with spicy bites will be served from 7pm and the evening begins at 7.30pm with our first course and Martins introduction.

Sage3Seats are only 35euro per person but must be paid in advance due to high demand.
