The Celtic Games is an international competition between Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.

They are currently underway in Swansea, Wales.

Over the weekend, Gweedore’s Fodhla McFadden won an international title in the competition. Fodhla, who is on her maiden trip to the Celtic Games representing Ireland, won the women’s triple jump with a fantastic leap of 11.08m, setting herself a new personal best and earning maximum points for Ireland.

Well done Fodhla.
