Olympics: Donegal duo Chloe Magee and Sinead Jennings are both in action later this afternoon at the Olympics in Rio.

Jennings was due to participate yesterday in the semi-final of the Lightweight Women’s double sculls with partner Claire Lambe.

However, due to adverse weather conditions the semi-final was postponed on two separate occasions.

It has now been re-arranged for later today, with Jennings hoping she can make a dream Olympic final.

Chloe Magee, starring at her third Olympics takes to the Rio-centre later today to face Chinese opponent Wang Yihan.

The Raphoe star has been a leading light for badminton in Ireland for years, and she’s hoping she can really make a positive impact at this year’s Olympics.

We wish both Sinead and Chloe all the best in their respective categories as they continue to do Donegal and Ireland proud.
