Seniors/Reserves
Our Seniors and reserves had great victories over St. Naul’s on Saturday evening at home. The reserves won easily on a 6-11 | 0-4 score-line. Our senior game was a much closer affair, but our boys came out worthy winners with a final score of 2-13|2-5.

Our focus turns back to championship this weekend with Cloughaneely lining out on Saturday evening away to Naomh Colmcille! Please keep an eye out on the club facebook/twitter pages for confirmed times!

Club Lotto
Numbers drawn on Wednesday, 17th August, were 6, 8, 10, 16, 19, 20! We had no match 6 winners so jackpot rises to €3,300! We had 3 match 5 winners who win €35 each: congratulations to Sheila Murray (Dublin 15), Willie Graham (Upper Keeldrum), William Stewart (Dunfanaghy)! Draw takes place each Wednesday night at the bingo in Óstan Loch Áltan. Tickets on sale in various outlets throughout the parish and in Óstan Loch Áltan prior to the bingo!

July 100 Club Winners
€500 John Joe Curran
€100 each to Fiona Coyle, Maire McGee, McClafferty Girls, Sally Duggan and Tom Feeny! Congratulations to all!

Congratulations
Congratulations to Banna Ceoil CloichCheann Fhaola on winning yet another All-Ireland title at the Fleadh Cheoil last weekend. Great Achievement – well done to all involved! Congratulations also to Conor Gallagher who won first place U-15 singing at Fleadh Cheoil Na hÉireann!

County Minors
Commiserations to our county Minors as their all-Ireland campaign came to an end last weekend against Galway. The parish of Cloich Cheann Fhaola is particularly proud of our own Jason McGee and Michael Mulhern who were a great representation for their club and county throughout the year. The future of county football remains bright!

Sympathies
On behalf of all at the club we would like to extend our sympathies to James Mulhern (one of our club sponsors) on the passing of his father recently. Ar dheis lámh Dé go raibh a anam.
