Marc Walsh has been named in Ireland’s U17 squad  ahead of two friendlies against Turkey this week in Cork.

Walsh, the Finn Harps underage player has been capped at U15 & U16 level for Ireland.

Next Tuesday (6th) & Thursday (8th) the Irish squad will take on Turkey in Turner’s cross & Midleton FC respectively.

Marc Walsh will be looking to impress as manager Colin O’Brien looks to finalise his panel ahead of the UEFA U17 championships which takes place in October.

Marc who is still U16, captained Ireland U16’s Vs Leeds Utd at the Galway cup in the elite section of the famous tournament.

This is the Finn Harps’s player second time being called up to the Irish U17 squad.

We wish Marc & Ireland all the best in their upcoming fixtures.
