An 18 foot long boat has been stolen in broad daylight on Sunday between 4:30pm and 8:30pm in Portnablagh.
The boat and trailer are valued at over €18,000.
The boat belongs to a couple from the North who have a holiday home locally and who had been attending a friend’s barbecue.
The boat was on a trailer outside of the owner’s house in Portnablagh with a wheel lock fixed on it, meaning the burglars must have had the equipment to saw through the lock.
