***Minor Championship***

Comhghairdeas leis an Foireann Mionúir CLG Chloich Cheann Fhaola – buaiteoirí i gCluiche Ceannais Chraobh an Tuaiscirt i n-aghaidh Gleann tSúilí ag an deireadh seachtaine.

Congratulations to our minor team  – winners of the Northern Board Div 2 Championship title. They defeated Glenswilly in Convoy last Friday evening under less than desirable playing conditions! Congratulations to Jason McGee on his man of the match award. Well done to the players and management! We wish them the very best in the next stage of the Championship!

***Seniors***

Our seniors unfortunately made their exit from the Intermediate Championship on Saturday afternoon last, after succumbing to a 1 point defeat against Burt in Glenswilly. Final Score CCF 2-8 | Burt 1-12. It was a neck and neck game until the final whistle with Burt securing a last minute point to progress to the semi-final. The seniors have 2 more league games remaining before the end of the season, both of which are home games. Details will be posted once fixtures are confirmed.

***Reserves***

Our reserves have yet to play their Intermediate B quarter final fixture. It is scheduled to go ahead on Saturday, October 1st,, details yet to be confirmed. Please keep an eye out on the club facebook/twitter pages for fixture details once confirmed.

***Club Lotto***
Numbers drawn on Wednesday, Sept 21st were 3,6,8,13,16,18! We had no match 6 winners so jackpot rises to €3,550! We had 1 match 5 winner – the €100 goes to John Joe Doyle! Draw takes place every Wednesday at the bingo in Óstan Loch Áltan. Tickets are on sale in various outlets throughout the parish and prior to the bingo each Wednesday evening.
