GAA NEWS: The seniors run in the championship came to an end at the weekend as they lost out by the minimum to Convoy in what was an excellent game.

A terrific performance from the lads just wasn’t enough as the visitors won 11 points to 10. See paper for match report.

Tickets for the club draw are now on sale and can be bought from any committee member. Prices for tickets are 10 euro each or 3 for 20 euro.

The lotto draw took place last Monday evening in the hall. No jackpot winner on the night.

Numbers drawn were 7,10,20 and 24. Two lucky dip winners receive 50 euro Sheila Breslin, Boyoughter and Sarah Boyle, Ballinacarrick. Next weeks jackpot now stands at 3400 euro.

The July club 50 draw also took place on the night. Well done to prize winners Denis O’Donnell (300 euro), Niall McMonagle (100 euro) and Imelda Doherty (50 euro).  The club’s committee again would like to thank you all for the continued support in the above draws.

Good luck to the Donegal senior and minor teams as they continue their quest for all Ireland titles this Saturday in Croke park. From all at the club.
