The staff of Crana College in Buncrana, were promoting awareness of Young People’s Mental Health Week.

The #MyWee5 and ‘5-a-day message’ was being tweeted by schools all across the county this week to encourage young people to consider the 5 things that will help them to be mentally healthy.

The five suggestions to consider are – 1. Connect with friends and family 2. Be Active by running, walking, dancing cycling, 3. Take Notice of what you’re feeling, 4. Get Involved in new things and 5. Give something to others, even if it’s just a smile.
