Fundraising walk raises over €4K for Oncology Unit at Letterkenny University Hospital

A fundraising walk has raised over €4,000 for the Oncology Unit at Letterkenny University Hospital.

The proceeds from the Gibbons Loop Walk which was held on August 8th raised a fantastic €4,875 in total.

Bernie Gibbons told Donegal Daily, “I’ve feeling proud to present this cheque of €4,875 to the Oncology family room at Letterkenny University Hospital.

“This was the proceeds raised from the ‘Gibbons Loop Walk’ which was held in August.

“This would not have been possible without all the walkers and everyone who greatly donated and helped on the day.

“On behalf of all the Gibbons Family we would like to thank you all sincerely.”
