Job Vacancy: Popular Donegal Hotel require full-time receptionist

JOB VACANCY: One of Donegal’s most popular and successful hotels are on the lookout for a full-time ‘Receptionist’ to join their dynamic, innovative and hardworking team.

Management at McGettigan’s Hotel, Letterkenny (formerly Gallaghers Hotel) currently have a vacancy for an experienced full-time Receptionist to join their workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Duties to include taking bookings.
  • Dealing with guest queries.
  • Front of house duties, answering the telephone and general reception duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience in Front of House/Reservations.
  •  Knowledge of reservation system, hot soft would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service.
