Na Rossa U13’s narrowly lose out in county semi-final

The under 13s bowed out of the all county competition last Sunday afternoon at the semi final stage against a very strong Muff side. A terrific year for the the under 12s and 13s with the 12s winning the division 2 title and a very young under 13s side getting to the county semi final. Well done to all concerned.
That game at the weekend brought to a close the pitch action for 2016 for all our players. The club would like to thank each and every one who gave up their time to train and play for Na Rossa. To all the management teams who generously gave up their time particularly to senior team manager Barry Doherty and his backroom who after an excellent season just missed out on promotion to division 3 by the slimiest of margins.
The club would like to thank all our sponsors for 2016. To all the people behind the scenes who worked tirelessly during the year ie, match days etc your help and support is greatly appreciated.
The clubs AGM will be held in the coming weeks as we put together our plans for 2017 including the new pitch development in Madavagh. Confirmation of dates for the AGM will be posted here. The lotto draw took place last Monday evening in the hall. Numbers drawn were
7,14,19 and 20 . No Jackpot winner on the night. Two lucky dip winners receive €50 Con McHugh , Dirlaught and Trisha Gillespie , Toome .
Next week’s Jackpot now stands at €2.400.
The October club 50 draw also took part on the night. Winners for this month were
Ann Mcgill €300 ,Breda Breslin €100 and Gary O Donnell €50.
