Otway Golf News: Last Sunday the Friel brothers just missed out on two in a row, on Bot, with the winning trio of that Fisher man, Noel, Paddy Merritt and Denis Friel sinking a lucky putt on the eighteenth to bag the birds.
The turkeys are flying out the gates of Otway, so take your chance in the Sunday morning open scramble, with names in to the clubhouse on 9158319 by 11.45 for a 12 noon tee off.
The club is also planning a bumper 25 drive on the night of Friday 2nd December in the RDEC in Rathmullan, more details next week.
The club wish to extend commiserations to the family of the late Ollie Connolly from Ramelton, who passed away last weekend.
