JOBS: A traditional bakery business are seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their growing company as they enjoy rapid success.

Gallaghers Bakery in Ardara are seeking a qualified team leader to lead a group of six staff members.

DUTIES

  • Leadership, ownership & full responsibility Debtors Ledger
  • Management and Supervision of the Debtors Team of six staff
  • Maintaining and meeting Weekly / Monthly deadlines set around EDI Invoicing
  • Oversee New Customer Accounts and management of the entire lifecycle of a customer, from Product Listings to Price Structure and Credit Control
  • Enforce credit policy and assure adherence to accepted standards
  • Ensuring the posting and allocation of receipts are carried out correctly and in a timely manner
  • Skilful communication with customers
  • Reconciling of all accounts on a monthly basis
  • General accounting and administration duties when required
  • Maintain all files and documentation to a high standard and implement and amend procedures as necessary.
  • Prepare monthly analysis of outstanding debts and deliver clear report to Management

QUALITIES

  • Managerial experience essential
  • Energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere deadlines on a timely manner
  • A confident and assertive manner
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation
  • Leadership & control work policy
  • Integrated Accounts Package , Microsoft, Excel Advanced and Word proficiency required
