THE DONEGAL-DERRY Vipers celebrated their superb 2016 season with their annual Player Awards function.
The Vipers won promotion to IAFL 1 last year.
In only their second season in existance, the Vipers won the IAFL 2 Bowl game. Having won all six of their regular season games, the Vipers defeated the Wexford Eagles 33-29 in the Bowl game, when Ryan Brolly bagged a last-gasp touchdown, with only 26 seconds remaining.
Liam O’Brien from Kernan’s Group, the Vipers main sponsor, presented the awards.
