Job Vacancies: Buildcost Chartered Quantity Surveyors are seeking ambitious Quantity Surveyors at all levels to work on exciting projects.

Due to increased workload, the company are seeking to add ambitious and highly motivated Quantity Surveyors at all levels of experience to join their team in Donegal and Dublin.

Buildcost are interested in candidates who are eager to make an immediate impact in the company and share in our ambition for success. Buildcost provide every support needed to develop a successful and exciting career with our company.

At Buildcost you will learn and develop invaluable professional skills and get to work on various projects across a number of different construction sectors. You will also have the opportunity for further training and development throughout your career.

We will assist with setting your goals and objectives and give you continuous feedback on performance to aid your development.

We are seeking Candidates who possess the following:

  • Ambitious and Highly Motivated
  • Energetic and enthusiasm to learn, develop and progress
  • Capable of work on own initiative and as part of the team
  • Organised, self-disciplined with a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Proficient in BQ production
  • PQS experience
  • Ability to deliver high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Chartered (preferable, but not essential)
  • Committed to delivering the best quality service to our Clients
