James Kelly was on the move again last weekend to Emirates Indoor Stadium in Glasgow as he won the Scottish Under-20 title.
The Finn Valley AC man, a student at the Royal and Prior in Raphoe, won the Scottish shot title at 15.71, and indications there that there is a 16+ in him with the 6kg as he continues his quest in addition for an 18+ with the 5kg later in season.
Still and under-18, the indications are positive and progressive for the St Johnston man, who is coached by his father, John.
