This May Bank Holiday Weekend (Friday 28th April – Sunday 30th April) sees the return of the Annual May Country Music Festival at the Allingham Arms Hotel, Bundoran, featuring Ireland’s best Country Music Stars.

From Newcomers  to the Country Music Scene such as Cliona Hagan & Ed Fox to firmly established favourites like Derek Ryan, Jimmy Buckley, Robert Mizzell & The Queen of Country Philomena Begley, this May Bank Holiday Festival is sure to have something to suit all tastes and ages.

Ed Fox & Robert Mizzell will open the Festival on the Friday night with 4 hours of dancing.

Laugh the afternoon away on Saturday with Comedy Hypnotist Adrian Knight.

Jimmy Buckley, Entertainer of the Year & Paul Mc Cahill is sure to get you up off your seats and onto the dance floor with another 4 hours of Country Music on Saturday night.

Up and coming new Country Star, Cliona Hagan along with the Queen of Country, Philomena Begley will take to the stage on Sunday afternoon from 3-5pm.

Award winning singer, Derek Ryan & Jesse Conlon will bring the music festival to a close with another 4 hours of Country Music on the Sunday night.

Customer service is the passion at the Allingham Arms Hotel and they leave no stone unturned to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one. With views of the stunning Atlantic Ocean visible from the Seaview Bedrooms and the Aughrus Restaurant you may be in danger of spending too much time window gazing!

In between all the music and dancing there is plenty of time to explore Beautiful Bundoran and all that it has to offer for the entire family. Attracting visitors since the late 1700’s “Beautiful Bracing Bundoran” has become synonymous with both day trippers and those who like to visit for that longer stay, to take in the fresh Atlantic air be it with an invigorating stroll around the famous Roguey Cliff Walk and Tullan Strand or just to sit watching the breath-taking Donegal Bay sunset over Slieve League – one of the 15 national Wild Atlantic Way Signature Discovery Points and one of 3 in County Donegal.

Voted the Best Country Music Venue in Ireland, The Allingham Arms Hotel has something to offer everyone
