Job Vacancy: Market House Insolvency Services Ltd are looking for a Personal Insolvency Officer to join their professional, dynamic and motivated team.

Market House Insolvency Services Ltd, based on the Market Square, Main Street Letterkenny, are one of few authorised Personal Insolvency Practitioners in the North West.

The successful applicant will join their Personal Insolvency Team.  The role will be responsible for a wide range of activities including;

  1. Dealing with enquiries from the public in relation to our services,
  2. Meeting with potential clients and documenting their financial position,
  3. Assisting in the preparation of Statutory Documents to support Personal Insolvency applications,
  4. Reviewing, proof reading and amending these documents,
  5. Assisting in the supervision of insolvency arrangements including working closely with clients to ensure payment plans are met.
  6. Working with the team on all other aspects of our Service.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes;

  1. Ability to work on own initiative,
  2. Attention to detail and ability to prepare high quality and accurate documentation,
  3. High level of discretion and sensitivity while working with highly confidential information,
  4. Well-developed computer skills including MS Word and Excel,
  5. Good Communication skills,
  6. Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks,
  7. Previous experience in an Insolvency, Accountancy or Banking environment would be a distinct advantage
