Four Masters club on the hunt for ‘retired helmets’

There was no winner of the lotto jackpot €5300 in week 37 of the 2016/17 season draw held in the Abbey Hotel on Monday 27th March. The €50 winners in the lucky dip were Peter Dunnion, Clar Lougheske & Matt Gallagher, Ballintra. 

The numbers drawn were 2,5,6 and 9.  Congratulation to all winners. The next draw takes place on Monday 3rd April 2017.

Club Lotto: Renew Subscriptions, the club would ask all persons that are members of our lotto to pay annual subscription to sellers of to treasurer Paul Timoney 0872791305. New members are welcome with quarterly and half yearly subscriptions available.

Membership is now due and can be paid to Paul Timoney, Club Treasurer, in the Abbey Hotel on Monday evenings 9pm or to Shirley Doherty, Club Registrar (0873140486).

The ladies will hold a registration evening for the next few Wednesdays in the Bosco Centre from 7 pm – 8 pm all Ladies Players/Coaches/Mentors must be registered with the ladies board.

 

Girls u12s training on astro pitch Thursdays 7-8; Senior ladies and Minors on astro Wednesdays 8.30-10

Hurling and camogie is up and running again. U8s and u10s (h&c) training in the Bosco centre Fridays 6.30-7.30pm, u12 & u14 hurling Tuesdays 6-7pm astro, u12,14,16 camogie Fridays 6.30-8pm astro, u16 hurling including u14s Fridays 8-9pm astro. New players always welcome, hurl and helmet provided for beginners.

Four Masters hurling and camogie section are looking for any “retired helmets”! We will gladly accept any old or unused helmets lying around gathering dust. Perhaps your own playing days are over and here’s a great chance to help the future players of the club. Donations will be gladly accepted at trainings or by any coach.

 Easter Camp
The club are holding an Easter camp from April 17th to 21st in Tir Conaill Park, 10am to 2pm each day. €20 per child. Contact Pauric Harvey (0860523905) to reserve a place as places will be limited.

Donegal GAA
Hard luck goes to Thomas McGowan and the county minors who lost out to Tyrone on Saturday. Well done goes to Jamie Crawford and Matthew McKenna who helped the U17’s beat Tyrone, with Jamie getting a last minute goal to win the game. Also, great to see Karl Lacey back in action against Monaghan on Sunday.

BOI Enterprise Event
The club will be represented at the Bank Of Ireland enterprise event on Saturday from 10am to 1pm in the Bosco centre. All welcome to come along and see what we have to offer. All community groups will be present with displays. Event starts on Friday night in the Bosco.
