Job Vacancy: Champions Travel Ltd require accounts staff

JOB VACANCY: Champions Travel Ltd an established Letterkenny hospitality company are looking to recruit new accounts staff.

Management are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their innovative, dynamic and hardworking team. The role is for 3 days per week and will be office based in Letterkenny.

Job Description:

Primarily Maintaining Debtors Ledger – liaising with Customers to ensure payments are received in a timely manner

Bank reconciliations and Bank Lodgements

Payroll cover, invoice runs, credit card receipts and credit card statement data entry
Ideal candidate should be proficient in Sage Accounts

Six months probationary period with a view to permanency

Skills and Requirements:

The successful candidate should be methodical, have exceptional attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.

Should have previous experience in a similar role

Must be self-motivated, ambitious and enjoy working in a busy environment.

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work to deadlines.
