RTE are once again searching for the fittest, fastest and strongest families to enter Ireland’s most exciting and extreme fitness competition.
Ireland’s Fittest Family is returning to our screens later this year, and your family could be following in the mighty Ryans footsteps!
The Ryan family of Kilmacrennan did Donegal proud in last year’s competition. They endured some gruelling tests to make it to grand final and finish in third place. Not only did they reach a top spot, they inspired families all over Donegal to get active and think about training together as teams.

The show promises to be bigger, better and tougher than ever. Year on year it has grown in popularity, and four families have been crowned winners so far.
