JT Physiotherapy Ltd, the North West’s Leading Physiotherapy Clinic, seeks a highly competent General Manager.
Having recently opened a second clinic, JT Physiotherapy is a fast growing company which offers a wide range of health and well-being services under one roof. These include physiotherapy, shock wave treatment, dry needling, nutritional advice, personal training services, reformer pilates classes and orthotics among others.
The Clinic prides itself on its holistic approach in offering a personalised and customised service. We treat clients with the aim of self-awareness and prevention of injury.

With a team of four chartered physiotherapists, a qualified nutritionist and a massage therapist (all of whom are also experts in reformer pilates) we are now looking for a talented individual to play a key part in our ambitious plans for the future.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Directing the administration team so they can operate as efficiently and effectively as possible in supporting the physiotherapists and providing the highest level of service to customers
- Interacting with existing clients and new customers
- Marketing, generating leads and ensuring optimum use of online presence
- Ensuring the highest quality of work is maintained by each staff member at all times, including performance management when needed
- Being responsible for accounts and payroll
You should have a proven track record in office management, have excellent office administration and computer skills and have an ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
