Night Porter
We are currently recruiting for the role of full time Night Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience of working nights in a hotel and be computer literate.
They will be professional & have excellent customer care skills and ensure all aspects of the night operations of the hotel run efficiently and professionally.
They must be a team player with the ability to work in a busy environment and have fluent English .
Minimum Experience Required (Years) : 1 Year of Hotel Porter Experience
Experienced Hotel Receptionist
We are currently recruiting for the role of full time Experienced Hotel Receptionist required for our busy hotel reception. We require candidates to have one year experience working in a hotel reception, a working knowledge of Reservation system Opera would be an advantage. The ideal candidate must have fluent English, excellent communication skills and a friendly and outgoing personality.

Main duties include:
- Assisting the Front Office Manager and the team with the smooth running of the reception,
- Work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative.,
- Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest check-in and check-out,
- Deal with and resolve guest queries,
- Excellent organisational skills,
- The ability to handle cash efficiently.
- Balancing and handling of cash.
- Providing high level customer services both face to face and over the phone.
- Upselling the hotels facilities.
