Lagan Harps are on the hunt for a new manager after it was confirmed that Keith Hegarty has stepped down after two seasons at the helm.

Hegarty has had two fine campaigns at the Orchard Park outfit.

In the 2015/16 season, Hegarty guided Lagan to the Temple Domestic Appliances Division One title.

And last season, Lagan were in the hunt for the Premier Division crown, only to finish third following a titanic title race with their derby rivals Drumoghill and eventual champions Glenea United.

Lagan are inviting applications for the vacancy.

Interested parties are asked to email  erniepollock@hotmail.com by Friday 23rd June.

A Lagan Harps statement said: “The club wishes to thank Keith Hegarty for his great work over the past two seasons and wish him all the best in the future.”
