The Cope Dungloe are looking for an energetic and well-organised Manager to join and lead their successful team in An Club Beag.
This is a full-time position.
Children’s Play Area Manager Duties:
• To ensure the effective running of the play area.
• To ensure the safety and security of children in the soft play area.
• Manage and motivate a team.
• Carrying out company policies, standards and guidelines.
• Dealing with customer queries, bookings & telephone queries.
• Marketing and Social Media updates.
Candidate:
• Excellent face to face customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
• An individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on initiative.
• Ability to motivate a team.
• A computer-literate individual with a knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.).
• Ability to manage other team members’ rota’s and work schedules.
• Ability to communicate with other Department Managers and senior management.
Preferred Abilities and Qualifications:
• HACCP qualification in food safety or equivalent.
• Recognised First Aid at Work qualification
• Good administration and sales techniques
• A qualification in Childcare preferred but not essential.
