Tammi Kerr was on the double on Thursday night as Clonmany Shamrocks defeated Swilly Rovers in the play-off for the Glencar Inn section of the inaugural North West Women’s Super League.

Kerr netted a goal in either half as Clonmany secured the silverware in a keenly-contested play-off.

Kerr broke the deadlock in the first half with a superb finish.

And just after the break, Kerr doubled the advantage.

Swilly had been in good form since the North West Women’s Super League split into two sections and they forced a nervy finish when Catherine Grier netted.

But Clonmany held on to take the prize.
