Derek William SALES
The death has occurred of Derek William Sales, Corefrin, Ballybofey, peacefully at the Donegal Hospice, Knocknamona, Letterkenny, after a short illness. Beloved partner of Linda and much loved father of Darren and Mandy, dearly loved brother of Graham, Heather, Jan, Lynda and Karen, loving grandfather of Joshua. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his partner, son, daughters, brother, sisters, grandson, extended family circle and friends.
Remains reposing at his home on Sunday Sept 10th from 5 pm until 9pm. Funeral leaving his home on Monday Sept 11th at 11.15 am for Cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 2 pm. The house is private please, neighbours and friends are welcome.
Denis Patrick O’NEILL
The sudden death has occurred at his home of Denis Patrick O’Neill, Knockfair, Stranorlar. Beloved husband of Kathleen and much loved father of Mary, Denise, Edel, Shauna, Aidan and Dermot. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, extended family and friends.
His remains will repose at his home from 5pm on Friday Sept 8th. Funeral leaving his home on Sunday Sept 10th at 10.15 am for requiem Mass at 11 am in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar, with interment afterwards in Drumboe Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers please, if so desired, to the Patients Comfort Fund, St. Joseph’s Hospital, care of any family member. Family time from 11 pm to 10 am and on the morning of the funeral.

Reposing at Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Letterkenny. Removal today, Friday evening, 8th September, at 5.45pm to arrive at St. Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny for 6.30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning, 9th September, at 11am followed by burial in Templedouglas Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Ethna Gallagher, Croagh Road, Dunkineely, peacefully at the Letterkenny University Hospital.
Reposing at the home of her daughter Mary and son-in-law Aidan O’Donnell, Croagh Road, Dunkineely today, Friday, from 2pm to 10pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.30am to the Church of Saint Joseph and Saint Conal, Bruckless for Funeral Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Donations, if desired, to the Stroke Medical Rehab Unit, Letterkenny University Hospital.
Annie BOYLE
The death has occurred of Annie Boyle, Cloughglass, Burtonport, Donegal.
Removal to her family home in Cloughglass today, Friday evening, September 8th, at approx 8pm. Rosary at 9pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning, September 9th, in St. Columba’s Chruch, Acres at 11am followed by burial in Belcruit Cemetery.
James (Jimmy) MCGROARY
The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) McGroary, 1 St. Mary’s Road, Buncrana, Donegal.
Reposing at his residence from 5pm this Friday evening, September 8th. Removal at 10.15am on Sunday, September 10th, to St. Mary’s Church, Cockhill for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 10pm to 11am.
Eddie MC GEADY
The death has occurred at his home of Eddie Mc Geady, Dunlewey. Retired postmaster, publican and shop-keeper. Sadly missed by his loving wife Marjorie, eight sons, two daughters, one sister Mary, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a wide circle of friends and relations. Predeceased by his son Vincent.
Eddie’s remains are reposing at the family home in Dunlewey. Removal from there on Saturday, 9th September, to the Sacred Heart Church, Dunlewey for 1.00pm Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Rosary tonight, Friday, at 9.00pm.
